Formerly known as Big Brother Records, founder Gerry Molumby has changed the store’s name to BeatFinder Records and opened in new premises on Fownes Street in Dublin’s Temple Bar. Dj’s Glen & Gerry have been djing for over a decade now and have been rocking the floor since 2004 at RiRa.
BeatFinder Records specialises in mostly dance records and cds, Soul, Funk, Disco, House, Electro and Techno, and is about 90% vinyl. The store provides a music search service where they will track down any piece of music, in any format, from any genre. BeatFinder also offers a vinyl to CD conversion service and sells turntables, needles and DJ accessories.
